This brand is complete junk. Used the blower 4 times and now it only runs for 4 seconds and shuts off for 10 seconds then starts again and runs for 4 seconds and continues until you want to toss the POS back across the pond to China. Trimmer worked very well until the battery, after 3 charges, refused to cooperate by charging which let's be honest its only job is ...CHARGING. So I contacted greenworks and I guess their policy is too work as much as their equipment does, oh wait I get a better results by using the blower for 4 seconds at a time. Good luck consumers.
