The big decal on this blender/chopper clearly says "350 Watts Crushes Ice!". So I go to make a smoothee with a banana, milk, and a few small ice cubes, and the blade assembly tears right out of the plastic bottom! Called Customer Service, and they denied repair or replacement under warranty because, they said, the unit wasn't designed to handle ice cubes! Threw it in the trash can, I will buy a Waring commercial blender instead.
