Really like the taste, but I am very sensitive to artificial flavoring (allergic to surclose, I get a bad pain in my side) I watch everything I eat or drink carefully. There is something in this that cause the same pain as surclose. Not sure if it is all natural. The first time I got these it was a different color, now it is very red. Something is in this that is the same as surclose???? Believe me I know cause of the pain in my side, I can use stevia with no problem. This is not sweeten with just stevia!! In researching this product I found it has acesulfame potassium in it, which is an artificial sweetener and it's not listed as an ingredient on the bottle.
