These collars have been nothing but trouble for me. They constantly lose connection. I go to use it and nothing happens. I have to continually turn the collar back on because it shuts off. Extremely unreliable. The remote control is not laid out well. If you need to use it in a pinch you have to check and make sure it's on the right setting and then make sure it's on the right frequency for the collar you need to use. It is not made for quick reactions. I regret buying these so much.
