I really wanted this to work, I have arthritis in my hands and wanted something natural to help with inflammation. I started taking the recommended dosage, 3 capsules a day with food. Thank goodness I was home because I was running to the bathroom every 20 minutes with diarrhea. Not to be gross but I could not trust a fart, either. Im going to wait a week and then try introducing a tiny bit of this at a time, and see if that works, 3 caps a day all at once was bad.
