Update: I am working with customer service who appears responsive I will update again when full resolution is had. Update: Was told I was being sent a new bike + refund. Then received a message saying first if I removed my negative review then my bike and refund would be given. When I stated I would not I received $100 credit and nothing more. Again I complained this is very poor customer service and what I felt to be unethical business practices. I then received the balance BUT no new bike was ever sent. I waited 5 weeks to be fair. I wasn’t even seeking a new bike but I thought well it would certainly cure the issues or at least hoped it would. Still cocked handle bars and left pedal will not tighten down and comes off every ride which is hello, DANGEROUS. Beware of shoddy product and a seller caring more about “good reviews “ than actual customer satisfaction and safety. I love the workout but my bike is torqued meaning the handle bars and the frame are not straight. Its annoying and the handle bars do not seem terribly sturdy as well. Still able to ride and trust me I would return except for the fact that I am 4 floors up! Do not expect the world for this price point but manufacturing could be better. Will live with it but not happy.
