Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was told to send my nephew a gift card from Amazon.com because he would have more options. It took 3 weeks for him to receive it ( the "item" was backordered???).. and then I was sent a note that the gift card he will receive (had not received it yet) will not be activated.. but that they expediated a new card to him that same day that would be activated. So.. now we aren't sure which card works.. and I have to explain that one works and the other one does not.... what a "great" gift : (
