I was excited to use this since it's from a small business in Portland, but it killed a lot of my plants. Here's a summary of the carnage: - fern is dead - white fusion calathea (so finicky but was thriving) is dead - spiderworts had half the growth rot - new growth on a few peperomias rotted - half my peperomia stalks rotted - two of my pothos have moldy soil - half the leaves on my baby monstera died - half my small nerve plant died What's doing okay: - a few pothos, including a small one from cuttings a few months back - all my snake plants - adult monstera - birds of paradise - one nerve plant The instructions say to sprinkle on the soil or to dilute in water. I opted for the sprinkle, and maybe the mistake is mine and I overfertilized?? I sprinkled sparingly. Even so, since it didn't say how much to sprinkle,dilution should be the preferred method. If I had known that, I never would have sprinkled because that may be a cause in my plant deaths. This fertilizer might be perfectly fine, but it's expensive and my plants are dead, so I won't be using it again.
