DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY THESE BOOTS OR ANY BOOTS FROM TOTES! I bought these boots as a Christmas gift and within two months the heal cracked allowing water to come into the boot. I went to the Totes site and they will not stand behind any of their boots and refer you to Falcon Footwear. Falcon footwear said they would issue a credit for the boots ($40), but we had to return the boots to Falcon. I boxed them up and sent them via UPS (standard, ground) at a cost of $17 and contacted Falcon again to ask that we also be reimbursed the shipping cost. This is their reply: "We do not provide return labels and shipping fees are nonrefundable." I am rating this with one star only because a star rating is required. TOTES/FALCON FOOTWEAR PROVIDED A SHODDY PRODUCT AND DO NOT STAND COMPLETELY BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TOTES!
