The product cleans well and the pressure increases plaque/food removal quite a bit. Although it functionally seems great, product failed within one day of use. Absolute garbage from my personal experience. The brush continues to work but the base station has already failed which I can see since it has no blue connection light and no longer charges the brush. Brush comes with a pointless traveling case. This brush isn’t so good you’ll want to travel with it in a traveling case. Waterpik has poor quality assurance from what I have seen in the past. I had purchased a shower head which failed within 2 years as well. I’ve never had a shower head fail on me but waterpiks did due to it containing cheap plastic parts. Overall avoid waterpik at all cost. I would rather return it then get a replacement and try again sicnr the first one was not promising at all. Overall incredibly disappointed.
