I fried eggs as in tv commercial for frying pan. Egss did not slide out. I tried to turn eggs over and they were stuck to pan. And when I tried to slide eggs out of pan as in commercial eggs were still stuck to pan. I previously purchased Gotham non stick and I cannot get what stuck to that pan off short of sand blasting. Graniterock was non stick when I used Pam to coat pan. It did clean ok whatever stuck to pan easily. This is an honest review of my experience.
