Im on the 3rd BioBidet in our household in 5 years. These things DO NOT LAST. You'd expect some quality in the electrical parts of these bidets given that you're paying 300$ and that can't be for the cheap molder plastic housing. But all have failed in the same area: the water tip no longer extended and started making noise. Warranty is non-existent as we never got any reply to any of the mails. Anyways, we ended up buying the BioBidets because of the price but at this point we might as well have bought a full Toto setup. Just look at warranty before you buy. Most of the reviews on here are from people that just got it and they're happy with their behinds being sprayed with warm water, but when that stops and there is no recourse, all you're left with is a bill for a new one, frustration and more garbage to throw away...
