Disappointed in this curling iron that I can no longer use. When I first received it a couple months ago I was very happy with it. Curled my hair nicely, heated up fast, had multiple settings, and was a nice color. I've used this curling iron roughly 6-7 times....not a lot right? Well, I tried to use it the other day, picked it up to curl a strand of my hair and the top part (where you put your thumb and where it closes and has the screw looking things) completely broke off. I thought maybe I could fix it, but it's not loose, it completely snapped, making it completely useless! Wasted my money. This should not happen, especially after using it 6-7 times. Now I have no curling iron since this one is garbage!! I'm so disappointed because I love it. I did a lot of research, and now I will have to do research again to find a different one.
