I don’t know where to begin. First it came in an amazon box that is way to large. It didn’t come In it’s own box. When I took it out of its bubble wrap pouch I immediately saw hard water stains (pictured). After further inspection I saw that the motor had black specs on it. Not sure what it is but I have an idea. I ordered this with two filters, I got one used filter (pictured) the brush was bent as well. So disappointing.
