Tough one here. Do I like the product? Yes, so far. Still concerned a bit about abrasiveness. Is it helping my tooth enamel...or harming it. Your teeth do feel super smooth... I also think maybe? Not sure yet that with the black powder my teeth are whiter? The bad part is I don't like some of this company's business practices. I originally ordered directly from them for a sample. It was $7.95. But thankfully, before my order shipped I saw they snuck another item on my bill. It was gum serum for I think it was $12.95. I was so mad. I didn't click that for my order. Their answer..."oh you had to "uncheck" a box" I never noticed. Who does that to a customer? They also said they do it because" customers don't want to miss out." Seriously? Let me check my own boxes on my order. I posted my experiences on their FB page. Then they blocked me from commenting to my posts. They also robo called me at 11:15pm. I leave my phone on for emergencies. I bolted out of bed. Heard who it was...really ticked off. So why did I buy again? I chose to go through Amazon. With my Prime and free shipping the cost balanced. I didn't have to worry about Amazon adding sneaky things on my order. Also, I have to admit their ingredients are the best. No xylitol...and no cinnamon. They also have the ingredients that supposedly rebuild your teeth the most. We'll see in July when I go to dentist next. So what do I rate them???? I think 2 stars for now. I'm willing to change if I find out they've changed some of their practices. We'll see what they do.☺
