Misleading description, not an 8K cable, max 20gbps on speeds, 4K 60hz HDR and HDCP 2.2 only Got an 8K Samsung TV to use with my custom pc that supports 8K resolutions. Got this monoprice cable to get it working but no luck. The truth is, any cable that is low on the cost like this one, they don't do what they promise in their description like 48gbps and 8K displaying skills. this cable rated on 20gbps, I couldn't get it over the speeds where its 48gbps at all. It displays only 4K 120hz and compatible with hdcp 2.2 but no 8K, and not even close to 48gbps speeds. basically you get what you pay for. go get some high dollar real deal thicker gauge true 8K cables, these are waste of time and effort.
