WARNING: Be very careful when using this product. Simply do a web search of "Vega One Sick" and you will find endless stories of people taking this product and having a severe reaction to it an hour or so later. My finance took one scoop of this and soon after experienced intensely painful cramping accompanied by severe vomiting and diarrhea. She had cold and hot flashes and this lasted for several hours. She also feels the after effects of it the day after and has been seeing a great deal of blood in her stools. Some people can tolerate this product but many users cannot. Apparently the root cause is either the Savi Seed or the Algae. The company is very unwilling to admit their is a problem with their product and since it isn't regulated by the FDA any major issues will be your own to deal. It was a harrowing experience overall, the likes of which neither of us have ever experienced before. Be wary, do your research.
