Here is my review: Purchased 3 Sets of Bar Stools and purchased this warranty for each set according to their product detail Protects your furniture for up to 5 years from the purchase date •Simple online registration & claims handling, 24/7 customer services •Covers common accidents such as stains, punctures, burns and breakage Our issue was with only one of the six chairs units which had accidental burn, from Mid December 2015 it too them more than a month to get my product registered on two different locations, one site to register the product and another for filing claim has to wait for week before filing a claim, once the claim was flied was expecting to get the unit repaired checked with local furniture store for repair and cost to repair the damage is $150, I was given a settlement of $44.99 as an Amazon Card? not sure how they determine this, and is the warranty coverage over as it is for 5 years not sure what will happen in future. To me this is a SCAM and Amazon has to disassociate it self from selling an insurance which is not providing the service or coverage it should.
