In my quest to find a decent indoor "digital" antenna after cutting the cable, I have bought 4 different brands of "digital Indoor" units for each of my 4 televisions: An amplified Mohu Leaf, an Amazon Basics (non-amplified), a basic "Homeworx and this 1Byone amplified Digital indoor. I live about 20 miles from downtown St. Louis in a suburban town and should draw at least 18 channels. Thus far, the Mohu Leaf, while not infallible, works best. The Amazon basics next up with spotty reception but patience and positioning pays off. This 1Byone and the Homeworx are about equal with the Homeworx being 1/3 the cost. Actually, this unit pulls maybe 6 channels well and the rest poorly if at all. Based upon my experience, the Mohu is a keeper, the Amazon is fine on the on a seldom used TV in the spare room, the Homeworx has already been returned and this 1Byone will be returned. My next attempt will be a set of $6.99 "rabbit ears" available on Amazon (free shipping with Prime).
