The problem with these masks is that they do not adequately seal the area on the sides of the nose. The metal strip at the top of the mask is supposed to be molded to make a tight custom fit around the nose, but the strip is of such poor quality that it won't hold its shape. Consequently there is always some inflow/outflow of air beneath the eyes. That means you are breathing in some unfiltered air, plus whatever virus etc is airborne in the immediate vicinity. These masks are in no way comparable to medical quality N95 masks, which have a very sturdy strip to create the necessary airtight seal. I tried on several of the batch I bought, and all had the same problem. So I threw the whole lot away.
