Here is an honest review for you. I seriously don't think this would pass quality control at a Motel Six. This runner is paper thin. I have no idea how there is a carpet like material on one side yet it literally feels like you are stepping on nothing. As far as for bathroom use...this looped polyester (?) wouldnt soak up a tear drop let alone drips from a full grown wet body. This runner has no business in a bathroom. Now, if you have a horrible stain on a carpet or another area that could be hidden, this might be perfect, it is low profile and shouldn't interfere with door bottom clearance and it does lay flat...so it has that going for it. Sorry, can't recommend this for use in a bathroom, you and I will have to pay more for something better. Oh, and the HUGE bummer is I assumed it was a free return. NOPE I guess they would go out of business because I think many feel ripped off. They charge 7.53 to send back!!! Yeah, that's about half the price....so just let me eat the cost and whomever is reading learn from my 20 buck mistake.
