This is literally the exact same game disc as the regular Spider-Man game, except with a voucher for the downloadable content. Game of the Year Editions of games are supposed to have all the content on the disc so that, in 20 years or so, when the servers and vouchers are gone, we can still play these games with everything in it. This is just pathetic attempt at stealing more of your money by giving you nothing new except what you've already had access to for a year. Everyone who owned the game before this edition came out essentially has the Game of the Year Edition, too. Don't waste your money on this.
