This web cam seemed like a good quality product when I initially installed and tested it. I made a Zoom test call and I got good picture and voice quality. Then two days later, I had an important teleconference and I was excited to use this new camera. Lo and behold, the picture was very dark and there was nothing I could do to correct it. The picture got progressively dark to the point where participants could hardly see me. I tried cycling power, using different USB ports and rejoining the call. Nothing helped. I got the same poor results when viewing the camera offline through my Windows camera app. I finally had to use my iPad and it worked fine. I will return this webcam ASAP.
