The product made me break out horribly. I purchased it directly from Meaningful Beauty / Guthy-Renker and tried it for a few months and finally decided it wasn't working so I sent the third shipment back to them. However, unfortunately it appears to be common practice for them to not refund and try to make you jump through hoops when you return it! I was told it would take 4 - 6 weeks for the credit. In the meantime they continued charging me. After 6 weeks and no credit I called back and they claimed they never received my return shipment - after doing some research this appears to be their standard! I had the UPS tracking number, confirmed delivery receipt via UPS online, but that wasn't good enough...they said they had to send me an affidavit VIA SNAIL MAIL (A LEGAL DOCUMENT THEY CANNOT EMAIL - really!?!?) and in order to get credit I would have to sign and return it. Obviously they are just hoping that the customer will give up. After much arguing and NO cooperation from the customer service rep, I talked to a supervisor who finally promised he would refund - let's see. I think this is a horrible company and would not recommend buying anything from them - even if the product was good, which it isn't.
