BMAA Risk (ALA Disease)
While I believe NOW makes high quality supplements, blue green algae’s especially from China region have been found to contain BMAA higher than most others. BMAA causes neurodegenerative disease such as Lou Gehrig’s Disease and this is a concern for me. It is up to each customer to weigh the benefits and risks but for me, it is not worth the risk, thank you.
