Vacuum pump fail, customer service… disappointing
After using my brand new Harvest Right for four weeks and continually having vacuum pump issues with unfinished food, I’m frustrated! It’s been 10 days and +10 phones calls and I’m still waiting for a the service tech, to call me to alleviate this issue. Buyer beware, costumer service is very poor and slow. Vacuum issues seem to be most of the issues, even with the upgraded pump!
