I made sure to read the manual and watch videos before using it. Everything was easy. I got the hang of it quickly. I’ve had it for one week exactly. Today I turned it on, let it warm up, put the filter holder in with my espresso, went to start brewing my espresso and the pressure of the espresso maker snapped off one of the metal tabs that holds the filter holder into the machine. Breaks after a week of using it. I’m really disappointed.
