BEWARE! Manufacturer customer serivce is terrible. After using it, we noticed a horrible chemical smell. When exhaling, we noticed that you could taste the smell as it was in the lungs. After using it, the CPAP machine started making a whistiling noise. We did not catch the issues before the Amazon return period ended. So we contacted manufacturer and they said that since we ordered through Amazon, they will not help. They will not stand behind their warranty. Extremely hard to contact them. Took weeks of phone messafes and emails with no responses. Finally just started using different options on their prerecorded phone system just to get any person. Got one, but again, they would not help. Do not buy this product or any product from them. Very disappointed. Expensive and damaging to your other equipment. Let alone what it might have done tou your person if that chemical smell ccontained anything.
