purchased our last bag on Aug 5th. our cats quit eating it without warning as we got into the new bag. it wasn't until they lost a lot of weight and they both started to behave very oddly, we bought a couple other brands locally to see if it's the food and sure enough they're returning to normal. I'm 3 days outside my return window so i guess it's just going in the trash. hopefully they reach out to us for a refund. we feed our dogs the same brand and will be switching as well. update : 9/27... we ended up putting our youngest cat down, 6 years old.. apparently if they stop eating for just a few days they will destroy their liver. I don't know....the wife wants to blame the food completely. Even the dogs wouldn't eat it... it didn't have a funny smell or anything, we've bought this for a long time. The kicker was that the dogs wouldn't touch it and they'll eat anything, we tossed the whole bag out... anyhow, we spent well over $1000 for various vet appointments and medicines, holistic and traditional, ended up putting her down last week. i can say that I'll never leave for a week or so again without leaving them more than one option for food.... had all four animals in our house not refused it, i wouldn't leave this review. our oldest cat has recovered from her issues since this incident.... still switching brands...and will always leave them more than one option when we leave them for more than a day....
