DO NOT BUT SCAM
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. I register both of my cards online like the back of the card asked me to. I activated them and I created my PIN #. Card CAN'T be used ANYPLACE. No restaurants, food shopping, inline orders every merchant declines the purchase even though my card balance on the cards website says the balance is 100.00.
