I bought this oven about three weeks ago. I loved it. I used it about four or five times. I made toast and I cooked a pizza in it. Everything was fine, until I went to cook another pizza. About a minute into the pre-heat phase, I heard a big bang. The glass in its door shattered and blew out in all directions. I have no idea what caused this. I looked in the manual and it does say that if the glass receives a blow it can weaken it and cause it to shatter at a later time. However, this oven never received a blow or damage of any kind. It was well taken care of and I followed all directions in the user manual. Amazon gave me a full credit. However, it doesn't change my disappointment. I did loads of research and I thought I had found the ultimate toaster oven. The exploding and shattering glass was a very frightening experience. Glass was everywhere and it was a big clean up. Be careful in buying this oven. I think it could be dangerous.
