Adding to review: now I have a new person Heather harassing me to change my review and offering a $50 refund. They did not contact me thru Amazon but utilizing my personal email directly. Unethical and I would not recommend to purchase this bike due to faulty mechanics. Below is my original review: Changing my review. Had issue with the resistance knob and Jane from customer service was so proactive, responsive and sent me new part in less than 2 days. I cannot express how great Jane has been trying to resolve this issue and unfortunately due to the manufacturing of this bike it cannot be repaired. This item is defective as the mechanism was not built properly (my son in law mechanic and looked at it) I have called Amazon who was amazing and they have arranged a company to pick up fully assembled bike and will be returned for full refund.
