This pillow is a total rip off. First night, my neck hurt all night and this pillow is not for anyone that sleeps on their back or side throughout the night. I didn't sleep well and still woke up hurting. The item came with no receipt or 30 day return label. I called the phone numbers online and on the commercial. No response. I emailed. No response. I had to file a case with PayPal and won my money back. This company is shady and there is no 30 day money back guarantee. Good luck trying to contact them.
