There have been reports that this damages items attached to charge. I reached out to the manufacturer who assured me that if I used the proper AC adapter included, there would be no issues. I plugged it in, attached my two dual shocks afterwards, and after a single charge both controllers are broken. The MicroUSB inputs are dead, they will no longer charge, the PS4 does not recognize that a controller is plugged in, and even when placing it back on the stand it does not recognize. Two dead controllers after one use. I've reached out to Collective Minds and Amazon, but I don't feel hopeful.
