Don't waste your money! Firstly, let me state that the bag was loaded per the instructions. Waste Management was able to move the bag from the fill location further up my driveway, down to the center of my driveway (where it blocks ingress and egress) where it apparently gave way. Waste Management did not even have the courtesy to let me know that this had occurred. Now my driveway is blocked debris. I have paid for the bag ($30) and for the pick-up by Waste Management ($120); thus I am out $150 and have a driveway full of debris to deal with. A phone conversation with Customer (couldn't) Care with Waste Management resulted in them suggesting that I purchase another bag, transfer the debris and call for another pick-up. This, of course would cost another $150. Not the option that I will be going with!!!
