This is mat helped temper my baby’s falls during his crawling stage but I recently read the Q&A which said this mat is made of PVC which leads to birth defects, cancer, learning disability, asthma. PVC is absorbed through skin and also emitted into the air which means my baby was exposed to PVC throughout his first year. The advertising is very misleading and the good reviews lead me to believe this was a non toxic mat.
