Overhyped garbage product
I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The Infomercial and website info makes it sound fantastic. But... what you get is a "normal" teflon coated pan in which there are raised "diamonds"... i.e. non-teflon coated lines in the pan that form a diamond pattern. Guess what... stuff sticks to the lines...duh. Wife and I tested this pan for 2 weeks cooking all kinds of items from eggs to a roast. Still had to "scrub" the pan clean because, as mentioned, stuff sticks to the bare lines. Oh, and be careful about scrubbing, because you could damage the teflon coating... same as any other teflon pan. And, they say not to use spray coatings when using the pan... because could cause a buildup that would be hard to remove. But if you do, good luck removing the buildup with all the diamond lines in the way. Plus, the infomercial claims you can use metal utensils without any damage. Nope... give it some thought... this is teflon... a soft material... it will suffer damage. I think the manufacturer thinks the bare steel diamond forming lines will protect the teflon... well they don't. Plus, they will dull any knives you use. This is another case of "Marketing triumphing over Product". The price is only reasonable if the product performed as advertised... which it doesn't. For the same cost, you can get a full set of ceramic coated pans that perform far better. Nuff said.
