If you are only buying one (or several of the same quantity), you can ignore this low review. I purchased several of these gift cards as gifts for my son's teachers and therapists for end of the school year gifts. I purchased six cards in three different amounts ($15,$20,$40). When the cards arrived, there was no way to tell which amount was on which card. There was a note that said that I could line up the card number with the order number. Unfortunately as they were all connected to same order number, it was not possible to tell. I contacted customer service for help, however they were very reluctant to assist. I'm not sure if it was just the agent, or an issue with gift cards in general, but it was not good customer service, that's for sure. Anyhow, if you are purchasing multiples in different amounts, purchase each card separately to avoid such issues. The card itself is cute.
