I loved the smoker and used it for exactly 1 year and 8 months. I went to preheat it for a brisket and it stopped warming. This smoker has been under a cover it's entire life and half the time it's under my Sunsetter as well. Juices leaked down and found its way into the wiring due to a bad design or seal. Now they want $119 for a new smoker because the connectors corroded off. Bad customer service and bad design. I will not buy another one of their products. I will buy a Masterbuilt because they stand by their quality.
