Trying to return a covered broken item caused me to spend hours emailing and phone calling, and ended in some weird refund of 25% of the purchase price. If you value your time, and if your time is worth more than 25% of the purchase price plus the frustration and disappointment experienced when a company like this sells a product with a promise that turns out to be a lie, don't buy it. It is likely your time and peace of mind are worth much more than trying to successfully complete a claim with Asurion Protection Plan. They should be ashamed to be in business selling a lie and I'm surprised Amazon allows this fraudulent product to be sold, and I'm surprised the government allows them to stay in business. I never write reviews and have never before written a negative review, but I felt obligated to help others that might read this. If it causes one person to be spared the frustration, anger and negative feelings I've experienced, the time spent writing this review was worth it. Never ever buy an Asurion Protection Plan. Ever.
