This is not a complete multivitamin. I can see why vitafusion does not include a list of the vitamins available in this vitamin on its Amazon page. Honestly, a Flintstone's Chewable Children's Vitamin is more complete than this! It tastes all right, but is simply not worth the effort or the expense. Dose is 2 vitamins per day. Total waste, don't buy this.
