I almost never leave reviews for products but this product angered me so badly and had me swearing with so many 4 letter words that I had to say something. This is the absolute worst product to apply to your car. They come on these applicator pads that make it impossible to apply evenly without splotching or streaks. When curing, the substance becomes very gummy and will latch on to any fingerprints or fibers from a microfiber cloth, so beware. Then when fully cured it becomes a very hard, splotchy, streaky, uneven finish that is as hard as glass. It does not matter if you apply it on rough or smooth plastic, it WILL apply unevenly and harden into an unsightly mess. It is just far more noticeable on smooth plastic. The instructions that come with the product are wholly inadequate. I have tried many ways to smooth out the product to make it look more even. I have tried applying additional light layers and wiping down with shop towels - does not work. I have tried rubbing it down very hard with a microfiber cloth - does not work. I have tried buffing with a buffing machine and cotton buffing pad - does not work. I have tried using polishing compound - does not work. The only solution seems to be to use high grit sand paper, grind down the surface until it is even, and then try to restore the ruined plastic surface. I am now looking for a solution to restore the finish to my scuffed/sanded plastic trim before I give up and bring it to a professional body work shop to restore it. Gigantic waste of time and money, and a great way to ruin the finish of your car. What should have been the finishing touch to a great detailing job turned into a nightmare and ruined my weekend. Learn from my mistake and avoid this terrible product. No, RUN away as fast as you can.
