I've been using Manuka honey for years. This is the first bad jar I've ever gotten and I won't be purchasing anymore from Amazon as a result. This honey should be cloudy and when gargled, with a sore throat, should provide near immediate relief. This jar has had the active Flora cooked out of it. I can guarantee it was either stored or shipped improperly. But this jar of activity measured honey has no activity and is essentially an expensive jar of regular everyday honey
