This gets 1 star right off the bat because the battery pack can only output 3.1 amps max power (on the first page of the manual it says "Output Max 5V/3.1A"). That means that you can only charge one device at 2 amps, then one other device at 1 amp. It's impossible to charge two devices at once which are looking for 2 amps of power each (which would be 4 amps, when the max output is 3.1 amps). Don't even bother trying to charge three of those devices at once or they'll only get 1 amp each (which defeats the entire purpose of having the higher speed 2 amp USB ports). Very deceiving when this device markets itself as having three USB charging ports; and furthermore advertises two of those ports to have 2 amps of output....it even says in the description "USB charging Port (2.4A for ipad, 2A for Samsung Tab, 1A for iPhone) for 3 devices simultaneously at top speed" ....but at "top speed" would mean all three devices would charge at their max amps which isn't possible with this devices specs, and leaves out how you can only have one single 2 amp device plugged into the battery charger. That's false advertising in my book.
