Ordered the RCP and was so excited when it arrived. Hooked everything up and soon as I turned it on, I quickly noticed that the touch screen wouldn't work. Looking for answers I went to the Rode website and I noticed in big print is says DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON. They will not warranty it and they state that their are a ton of counterfeits out there. You MUST buy from an authorized dealer. Next day, I started my return and I am still waiting to hear back from them and get a refund. Starting to get a little worried. As far as the product itself, I ended up going to my local music shop and ordered another. I received it tonight and its working perfectly. Its a great little machine, but be careful which mic you go with. Im noticing a lot of hissing with my Shure SM7B. Could be that I simply need a cloud lifter. Also, Most of the reasons the people gave this item low stars doesn't exist anymore after they updated the firmware. So make sure you look into that.
