I recently purchased the 8 ft XL chill sack. We received the item and spent a week rolling and fluffing constantly as product described. This my the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever owned. I'm not sure if I was sent the foam for a smaller bag but you literally sink all the way to the floor and are surrounded by foam everywhere it doesn't count. Best of all they are so committed to your satisfaction that you call their number for 2 weeks leaving messages and emailing with no response and no one ever there to answer. This was $360 down the drain. You don't sit in this thing anything like the pictures. You are warned, stay away Update: almost 4 months and still not even close to full. A adult still sinks all the way to the floor. Most expensive dog bed I’ve ever bought. My 10lb dog looks as comfy in it as I hoped I’d have been in it. Also never received a response after calling and emailing for over a month
