Ordered with a new coffee pot and received on 1/29/2019, didn’t use for about two weeks. Have been using 1-2 times per day for approximately 3 1/2 weeks until last Thursday 3/7/19. Started to make a pot of coffee and noticed three cracks in the bottom of the plastic base radiating out from the center, as seen in pictures, which would have yes, filtered the coffee grounds... right through to the pot of coffee. Yuk. I emailed the seller, Teklectric (TM) Kitchen and Home, one week ago and have not heard back from them at all regarding an exchange. 3 1/2 weeks usage for $6.75 is a RIP OFF!!!!! Even with Prime Membership. Not to mention LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS SELLER-Teklectric (TM) Kitchen and Home. Back to paper filters. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOUSY PRODUCT WITH EQUALLY LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
