The Rheem tankless water heater immediatly leaked when installed. We opened it and discovered there was a clip missing from the factory for one of the lines. I called Rheem and they demand you send pictures of your entire installation trying to shift the blame. After I sent pictures and proof that the installer did not mess up, Rheem said a service tech would come and replace the water heater. I wait four days and call back and Rheem said they were very busy and someone will come out to look at the heater to make sure its installed properly. I told them I already sent pictures of the installation and it was installed fine and Rheem proceeded to waste another week of my life without hot water just to try to avoid a replacement. I am very disappointed with their lack of professionalism with their 12 year warranty!
