Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was really excited to get this machine after seeing all the 5 star reviews. When I unpacked it I noticed a flyer offering 2 free replacement filters if you give a 5 star review on Amazon. Which is a good offer if it warrants it. I spent an hour or so trying to get the machine to work with no success. I keep getting an ERR 1 code. Which means an issue with the water pressure in the machine. There is nothing wrong with my water pressure. It's above average. I own a business and repair and maintain my machines. Hooking up the machine was very straight forward. I contacted Bawell and was very disappointed in the customer service department. I understand they want to ensure it was hooked up properly but beyond that - he was of no help. Quite rude in assuming my water pressure was too low. So I replied the only solution is for me to return it. I don't know if I got a defective machine or what but it was obvious Bawell wasn't concerned at all about trying to resolve the issue. I am very disappointed.
