I know pillows are a subjective thing and I understand that some will love it and some will hate it... I fall under the hate it category. This pillow is just horrible. It says it is soft as down but firm... it is NOT firm. It feels a lot like gel in the way that yes, it stays "together" but you just sink into it without any support whatsoever. You end up basically with your head in the middle and the pillow puffed up around your head. It is essentially like laying flat on the bed, again with absolutely no support whatsoever. I have had the worst neck ache since I started using it and will be going out to buy another one tomorrow since I can't take it anymore. I wish I could describe it more, it is so hard to put into words. All I can say is that isn't good quality, it isn't firm AT ALL, and it has this weird texture that makes it feel like gel where you just get lost in the pillow and never get any real support. It is horrible for side sleepers because your neck ends up at a weird angle and it just causes more pain than what it's worth.
